Imagine or wonder are interchangeable
Instead of wondering about “what if she dies” I will imagine a good life with her.

I wonder what it would feel like to be pain free, able to do without hardship or accommodations. — That is fantasy and fantasy is not reality.

So what if I wonder and imagine myself going outside more often. Going out and exploring by car or on foot. If I imagine this a lot, will it be more likely to happen?

What if I imagine myself doing my daily exercises and meditating for only 15 minutes. Is it more likely to happen?

Is this what daydreaming is like? Dreaming of positive good things to think on??

Are these wonderful things? I think they are… because they will lead to even more wonderful things…. like….. contentment.

So I’ll keep trying to wonder about wonderful things happening!!
