Read this article from the Smithsonian about it. Weep for our country, that we prefer White Supremacy laden rules rather than equality.

Really.. read the article. Written in the late 1960’s.

      2. We need to decolonize our thinking. I’ll be learning how to. One of the first thing I learned was to research and find out who the indigenous people’s were in the land that I now reside and pay them homage.

  5. Those were scary times. I remember those days too. I never thought we would see anything like those days again. But here we are again, only worse. And we have not learned. Will we ever?

    1. Not sure we will. One major good thing, police chiefs and police around the country have condemned the police that killed George Floyd. Now they need to condemn the others.
