I finally saw this young lady’s poem last night – I was working during the inauguration – and my, oh, my! She blew me away.! What a voice, what power, what strength… She moved me to tears, and I’m going to have to try to memorize this.
(On a lighter note – maybe) about half the people in the lab looked at the clock around 11, and said “Thank God that’s done. Welcome President Biden.)

Well, I believe if we’d had the music and training there would have been a flash mob of relief. Something to “Happy”. I am yet to find a T supporter at work, although politics can be dicey in the workplace. But in my tiny corner of the lab – joy, relief, and a feeling of hope.
