Arthritis 

Aggravated joints
but not Rheumatism
nor is it Tendonitis
my Hinge joints
are Riddled with
Inflammation caused by arthritis 
and aggravated by Trauma
Ibuprofen is not a choice 
so knees are treated with 
Steroid injections
