Hospice

Our 100+10 month year old aunt had a fall and broke her hip on Wednesday 08/25. She was starting to recover, when things turned south. She has been sleeping for 48 hours now. We are keeping her comfortable at home. The end of her looooong life is near.

  1. Beautiful poem. I loved the way you and Jim loved and cared for her so deeply. Always enjoyed hearing about her and felt like I knew her. I am very sorry for your loss.

  2. May what ever is meant to be happen. Prayers for soothing…
We’ve got a neighbor in his late nineties… sort of in a similar situation. But he had to hire care since he didn’t have any local family or children.
