today’s scribble (11/04/21) #life #soc #midautumn

It’s been wet and chilly
Sun came out just now
Squirrels are burying nuts
Acorns an pecans in abundance
My birds are still hiding
A looked at the right time
And saw a wren
The blue jays have moved down the street
I haven’t heard the crows this week
White wings have been scarce too
Something strange going on for sure
Trip is planned
We will drive west
To my sister-in-law
Our first week long trip
Together since we moved here
This stream of consciousness
Is helpful to see
That things in my little world
Are good and all right
I’m thankful for many many things
Too many to list them all here
