Day 9 #cascade
….or using the word limber -I’ll attempt both in one. This challenge is brought to us by @murisopsis-her scavenger hunt.
A cascade follows the following structure: a/b/c, d/e/A, f/g/B, h/i/C
limber up move those joints
touch your toes and then your nose
now reach up for the sun and shine
be of good cheer ye little ones
the day has barely just begun
limber up move those joints
wipe the sleep out of your eyes
stretch and bend with all your might
touch your toes and then your nose
breakfast will be served at eight
hurry so you won’t be late
now reach up for the sun and shine

Kudos!! This one is a delightful read (and a morning pandiculation is part of my routine as well)! You managed the either/or together for a perfect cascade!!

This reminds me of when I was younger (much, much so) and watched Romper Room in black and white!
“Bend and stretch, reach for the stars, reach for Jupiter, reach for Mars…”
That’s all I remember…
Fun read.

You can look up Romper Room; Bend and Stretch… apparently it was in color – there is a short and long version if you are interested 🙂
