My Take – TankaTuesday #Poetry Challenge No. 285, 8/18/22 #Ekphrastic #PhotoPrompt

This week Colleen has challenged us to write Ekphrastic poetry using Reena’s artwork. I will also use the 4-11 poem form.

The 4-11 has eleven lines, four syllables each line. Line 11 is the same as line 1.

Rainbow Memories

Thank you for reading!

  1. This reminds me of when my children were small – I’m not sure if they were paper or material but I had them lie down and traced their wing span (arms and hands) and sent them to a great grandmother… so she could have hugs from them whenever she wanted 😀 💖
